At DubaiScooters.ae, we aim to deliver electric scooters, spare parts, and accessories safely and quickly across the UAE and selected GCC countries. Delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, courier schedule, and order confirmation time.
1. UAE Delivery

3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery approval.
- For high-value products, DubaiScooters.ae may contact the customer to confirm the address before dispatch.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the product size, delivery location, courier cost, and whether special handling is required. The final delivery fee will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.
5. Large Items & Electric Scooters
Electric scooters and large items may require special handling. Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the order. For apartments, buildings, and gated communities, customers must provide accurate access details.
6. Failed Delivery
- If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
- If the order is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to check the product condition upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing item, or wrong product must be reported to DubaiScooters.ae immediately on the same day.
8. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, customs clearance, public holidays, stock availability, incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control. DubaiScooters.ae will do its best to update customers in case of any delay.
9. Store Pickup
Customers may collect available items from our store after confirmation from our team. Please do not visit for pickup before receiving confirmation that the item is ready.
