At DubaiScooters.ae, we aim to deliver electric scooters, spare parts, and accessories safely and quickly across the UAE and selected GCC countries. Delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, courier schedule, and order confirmation time.

1. UAE Delivery

6. Failed Delivery

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • If the order is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product condition upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing item, or wrong product must be reported to DubaiScooters.ae immediately on the same day.

Once the item is accepted and used, claims related to visible delivery damage may not be accepted unless reported immediately with clear photos and order details.

8. Delays

9. Store Pickup
